What data we process

When you sign up for the launch notification, we process your e-mail address, the time of your sign-up and the time of your confirmation. We do not ask for anything else.

What we use the data for

We use your e-mail address solely to confirm your sign-up, to inform you about the launch of Gminzo and to send you the information on how the FIRST ONE skin is provided at release. There is no regular newsletter and no sharing with third parties for advertising purposes.

Double opt-in

After submitting the form you receive a confirmation e-mail. Your sign-up only becomes active once you click the link in it. Without confirmation, the address is not used for notifications.

Legal basis

We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For the launch notification we ask for your consent. Where the GDPR applies to this processing, we base it on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to info@gminzo.com.

Recipients and service providers

Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin, Germany): stores the addresses and sends the confirmation and launch e-mails. Brevo privacy policy.

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): hosts this website and receives the sign-up form. Technically necessary connection data such as the IP address is processed in the course of this. We additionally use the IP address for a short time to limit the number of sign-up attempts. Cloudflare privacy policy.

Retention

We keep your confirmed address until the launch of Gminzo and the delivery of the FIRST ONE skin, and in any case no longer than until you withdraw your consent.

Cookies and tracking

The code of this website uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. The fonts are loaded locally from the website's own server. Your language choice is not stored either; it follows solely from the address you open.

Your rights

You can request information about your sign-up data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. Further rights, in particular restriction of processing, objection and data portability, apply to the extent of the applicable law. You can also contact the competent data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to info@gminzo.com.
